Shutdown a device

It may be required to shutdown a device in order to fix an issue. This can be done at the Device level in N-able N-central.

1. On the left-hand menu, click Views > All Devices
2. In the device pane, click the name of the device to view the device details
3. In the top right corner, click Add Task > Power Management > Shutdown
4. Click OK to confirm the logged in users will be disconnected and to begin the shutdown sequence
