Re-apply a service template to a device

You can re-apply a service template to a device if either the template or the configuration of the relevant services have changed. This ensures the most recent settings for the services are applied to a device.

This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.

  1. Click View > All Devices.
  2. Click the name of a device.
  3. Click the Monitoring tab, then Service Templates.
  4. Select the check box next to the name of the required service template.
  5. Click Re-Apply Service Template.
  6. Click OK.

Updated service template and services are applied to the device.
