Remove a service template association for a device

Remove a service template association to a device if the services within the template are no longer relevant to the device.

This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.

  1. Click Views > All Devices.
  2. Click the name of a device.
  3. Click the Monitoring tab, then Service Templates.
  4. Select the check box next to the name of the required service template.
  5. Click Remove Association.
  6. Click OK.

The association to the template is removed.
