Remove profiles using N-central

You can remove a profile that is installed on a device directly from the Device Management for Apple Dashboard.

To select devices and then remove profiles:

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Configuration > Device Management for Apple to view the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Profile Deployment tab.
  3. Click the check boxes to select one or more devices, or use the multi-select drop-down menu to select all devices, and then click Remove profiles in the top bar or in the action menu on the right.

    All the profiles for the selected devices are listed.
  4. Click the tick boxes to select the profiles you want to remove, or use the multi-select drop-down to select all profiles.
    The Summary pane dynamically updates to display the number of Profiles to remove on the target device(s).

  5. Click Remove.

    6. For online devices, the profiles are removed in near real-time. For offline devices, the profiles are removed the next time they come online.
