Renew a server token
Apple server tokens expire annually. When you add a server token for a customer, the expiry date displays in the APPS tab. You must renew tokens to avoid interruption of service.
The process to renew a server token includes:
- Select the server token to renew.
- Download the server token from Apple Business Manager.
- Upload the server token to N-central.
Select Token
To select the server token to renew:
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click Configuration > Device Management for Apple.
- Select Apps.
- Select the target token(s) and click Renew token, or use the action menu for the token and select Renew token.

Select Open Apple Business Manager to go to Apple Business Manager and sign in using your customer's account.


Download from Apple Business Manager
To download the server token from Apple Business Manager:

In the customer's Apple Business Manager account, go to Settings > Preferences > Payments and Billing.

Select Apps and Books.

Find your server token in the list and click Download.

Upload Server Token
To upload the server token to N-central:
- In N-central's Device Management for Apple, go back to the Renew server token wizard and click Next.
- Select browse, or drag and drop the token downloaded from Apple Business Manager into the box.
- Select Next.
- Review the customer and token details, and select Confirm.
The server token is renewed in the Apps tab.
