Unlock a domain user

A user can be locked out of N-able N-central after a number of failed sign-in attempts. You can quickly unlock users who have been locked out so they can continue with their work.

If the user has forgotten their password, you can reset the password.

  1. Click Configuration > Domain User Management.
  2. In the Available Domains column, click a domain and click check box for the user account.
  3. Click Unlock.

The Account Status column shows the user as Enabled and the user is able to attempt to log in to the account again.
