This Automation Policy creates a Microsoft Office 365 shared room mailbox and grant all Office 365 users Author access to the room mailbox calendar.
Input parameters
Office 365 Authentication UserName: <string value>
Office 365 Authentication Password: <password value>
Shared Room Mailbox Name: <string value> SharedRoomName
