Restart processes

Restart a service process that has stopped. Services that have been stopped do not have a value for the Master PID or PID Count columns in the table.

This feature is only available at the system or product administrator level.

  1. Go to System Settings > N-central Server > Restart Processes.
  2. Click Restart Services or Restart Sendmail.
  3. Click Restart to confirm.

When you restart the services, there can be a delay of at least 60 seconds before all the services restart.
