Download and view log files

Download N-able N-central log files to view N-central server events or send the file to Technical Support for analysis. Log files can provide you with access to a detailed list of events that took place before a malfunction.

This feature is only available at the system or product administrator level.

1. Go to Administration Utilities > View Logs.
2. Click the Download link that corresponds to the log file that you selected.

The browser downloads the log file to the download folder configured within the browser.
