Sites offer an optional way to further organize devices under a customer. Sites can prove particularly useful when a customer has a number of satellite offices that do not have an independent server as the site sub-grouping enables you to better monitor and maintain devices by location.

You can map sites to different accounts in MSP Manager, Help Desk Manager, Autotask, and ConnectWise, as well as configure the majority of customer level features at the Site Level.

Sites are created at the Customer level.
