Tigerpaw is a one solution ticketing system for managing your IT business that integrates with N-able N-central enabling you to map customers between both systems and share asset information for service order, invoicing, tracking and automation capabilities.
Configure your Tigerpaw integration at the System and Service Organization level. At the Service Organization level, you can define different configurations for each Service Organization. this enables any Service Organization administrator to modify integration settings.
- Click Administration > PSA Integration > Configure PSA Integration.
- Select Tigerpaw from the Choose your PSA Solution drop-down list.
- Enter a User Name and Password to connect to Tigerpaw.
The information you specify here does not need to already exist in N-able N-central. It is only used by Tigerpaw.
