If there is a persistent networking or configuration issue preventing tickets from being created in the PSA, N-able N-central turns off the PSA connection. Every 15 minutes after N-able N-central turns off the PSA, it tries to turn it on and resume the connection.
You can also manually reconnect the PSA after a failure.
- Click Administration > PSA Integration > Configure PSA Integration.
- Next to Choose your PSA Solution, move the switch to the right to turn the PSA connection to ON.
