URL configured for the Portal URL field of the Managed Devices Integration Setup Table. When creating or updating configurations, the integrator can communicate this URL which includes appropriate login tokens: A Global Login can be configured or individual member logins can be configured at the Logins tab of the Managed Devices Integration Setup Table. When users click Manage on the Configuration Record fullview tool bar, ConnectWise transmits the URL along with the tokens back to the integrator. Integrators can then process and authenticate the user in their portal. |

Troubleshooting
When you create, update, or reopen a ticket, you may receive the following errors:

Unable to set the Ticket.IssueType to be [13] because it is an inactive issue type.

Unable to set the Ticket.Status to be [21] because it is an inactive status.
If you experience an error, ensure that the following are NOT set to Inactive in your PSA:
