Manually Trigger a device profile export


Effective March 2, 2026, the integrated Help Desk Manager component, currently offered as an optional add-on for N-central, will be retired in accordance with N-able’s End of Support policy. After this date, Help Desk Manager will be removed from N-central and will no longer function. For further information refer to our End-of-Life Notification article.

If you have disabled exports or would like an immediate export, you can manually trigger an export.

  1. Click Administration > PSA Integration > Export Devices.
  2. Select the check box next to the profile you want to trigger.
  3. Click Export Now.

N-able N-central begins the data export to Help Desk Manager.
