Modify or Delete Device Class Mappings

Accurate mapping links N-central device classes to the right configuration types in HaloPSA, so tickets route to the correct company and site. You may need to modify or delete mappings if device classifications change, business rules are updated, or old mappings become obsolete. Keeping mappings accurate helps prevent ticketing errors, supports consistent billing, and maintains clean integration data.

Modify Device Class Mappings in N-central

1. Go to Administration > PSA Integration > Device Class Mapping.

2. Select the Name of the mapping that you want to edit.

3. Update and Save the mapping properties as required.

Delete Device Class Mappings in N-central

1. Go to Administration > PSA Integration > Device Class Mapping.

2. Select the checkbox next to the mapping (or mappings) that you want to delete.

   Select the check box next to the column title Name to select all of the mappings.

3. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
