Map N-able N-central Customers or Sites to HaloPSA Customers or Sites
Mapping N-able N-central Customers or Sites to HaloPSA companies is required for:
- Ticketing
- Billing
- Device data export
The structure of the N-able N-central data must align with the corresponding HaloPSA structure data.
In addition to mapping to a HaloPSA company, you can map an N-able N-central Customer or Site to a HaloPSA site. If you specify a site, each exported device and created ticket will be assigned to a company and a site. Specifying a site has no effect on billing.
