Enable or Disable an Automatic HaloPSA Export Profile

Automatic exports control whether device data is regularly synchronized from N-central to HaloPSA. Enabling automatic export ensures HaloPSA stays up to date without manual intervention, while disabling it lets you pause synchronization - for example, during testing, troubleshooting, or configuration changes.

Automatic export is enabled by default when an export profile is created.

Enable HaloPSA Export Profile

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Export Devices.
  2. To enable Automatic Export for individual export profiles:
    1. Locate Automatic Export toggle in the table.
    2. Slide the toggle to ON to enable automatic exporting.
  3. To enable Automatic Export for more than one export profile:
    1. Select the checkboxes next to the required export profiles.

To select all export profiles, select the checkbox in the Name column header.

    2. Select Enable.

Disable HaloPSA Export Profile

You can disable automatic export to stop device data from synchronizing from N-central to HaloPSA.
