Configure the PSA integration message template

Configure the template N-able N-central uses for notifications. N-able N-central includes a number of default templates that standardize the appearance of your email notifications.

For Custom PSA, N-able recommends that you use the default PSA Integration Message Template (or customize it as described below).

  1. Click Administration Defaults > Notification Templates.
  2. In the PSA Integration Message Template area at the bottom of the page, edit the message content.
  3. Click Preview to see how the message will appear when sent.
  4. Click Save.

When N-able N-central generates a notification email, the subject of the email will automatically be pre-pended with ticket metadata.

This will only edit regular notifications. You can also edit the Return to Normal Notification template by selecting that tab.
