Map device classes for Autotask

Map N-able N-central device classes to Autotask Products to automate ticketing.

Ensure you do this before exporting devices to Autotask.

1. Click Administration > PSA Integration > Mapping - Device Classes.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter a Name and Description for the mapping.
4. Select the Customer or Site to map from.
5. Select the device classes and Autotask Product to correspond to.
6. Click Save.
