Enable or disable an Autotask Billing Profile

Enable the use of Billing Profiles between Autotask and N-able N-central. A Billing Profile is associated between N-able N-central Filters and Autotask Services or Service Bundles. When the Billing Profile runs, it updates Configuration Item Counts in Autotask.

This feature is available at the Service Organization level.

  1. Click Administration > PSA Integration > Billing Profiles.
  2. Select the check box beside the Name of the Billing Profile that you would like to enable.
  3. Click Enable.

    4. Click Disable to temporarily deactivate the profile.

The Status icon will indicate that the Billing Profile is ON.
