Set up an Autotask billing profile on demand

Run a billing profile on demand to test the billing configuration or to generate a bill outside of the scheduled billing date.

A Billing Profile is set up by associating N-able N-central filters to Autotask services or service bundles and scheduling when to run it. When the Billing Profile runs, it updates Configuration Item Counts in Autotask.

This feature is available at the Service Organization level.

1. Click Administration> PSA Integration > Billing Configuration.
2. Click the name of the billing profile.
3. Click Run Billing Profile Now.

After the N-able N-central finishes running the Billing Profile, click Show Billing Results to view the results. The Configuration Item Counts are also updated in Autotask.
