Restart service processes

Restart a service process that has stopped. Services that have been stopped do not have a value for the Master PID or PID Count columns in the table.

This feature is only available at the system or product administrator level.

  1. On the Administrator Console in the Central Server area, click Restart or Stop Processes.
  2. From the What would you like to do? drop-down list box, select a restart option.
  3. Click OK

When you restart the services, there can be a delay of at least 60 seconds before all the services restart. After the services restart, the system will redirect you to the main Administrator Console screen.
