Remote control connection management

View information about Windows devices that have been managed using remote control. You can view status information and disconnect any active sessions.

This feature is only available at the system or product administrator level.

1. On the Administrator Console in the Central Server area, click Remote Control Connection Management.
2. Select the check box(es) next to the devices that you would like to disconnect.
3. Click Disconnect.
