Outbound Communication
In N-able N-central on-premise deployments, outbound communication can be disabled or enabled at the System level, controlling all outbound communication. Note that this feature will not affect agent communication.
When outbound communication is toggled to OFF, this feature will:

Disable PSA from sending data

Disable Report Manager
-
Disable Data Export
-
Disable MSP Backup communication

Disable Notifications from being sent
How to disable or enable outbound communication
You must be at the System level to toggle outbound communication on or off.

In the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration.

Click Mail and Network Settings > Outbound Communication.

Next to Enabled, toggle the switch to ON or OFF.

Click Save.
