Session timeout default

You can configure the session timeout at the device level or the System/SO/Customer/Site level. The session timeout refers to the amount of time a user can remain idle in N-central before they are automatically logged out.

Modifying the session timeout default does not take effect until the next login.

System level

  1. Click Administration > Defaults > Session Timeout.
  2. Set the timeout interval value in seconds, minutes, or hours.
  3. Click Save.

Service organization, customer, and site level

  1. Click Administration > Defaults > User Defaults.
  2. Next to Session Time Out, set the timeout interval value in minutes or hours.
  3. Click Save.
