Session timeout default
You can configure the session timeout at the device level or the System/SO/Customer/Site level. The session timeout defines the time an N-able N-central session can stay inactive before it is automatically terminated.
Modifying the session timeout default does not take effect until the next login.
System level
- Click Administration > Defaults > Session Timeout.
- Set the timeout interval value in seconds, minutes, or hours.
- Click Save.
Service organization, customer, and site level
- Click Administration > Defaults > User Defaults.
- Next to Session Time Out, set the timeout interval value in minutes or hours.
- Click Save.
