Configure the network share that can be accessed by scheduled tasks
Configure a default network share that can be remotely accessed by File Transfer, Push Third Party Software, and Scripting Scheduled Tasks.
If you want to push third‑party software, place the installation file in the root of the UNC path defined in the default network share. You can also specify a custom UNC path, but the file must still reside in the root of that path.
- Go to Configuration > Scheduled Tasks > Network Share.
Enter the network share using a UNC path, for example:
\\servername\sharename. - Enter the path and the network credentials for the share.
- Select Propagate to apply the default properties to existing devices. If you don’t propagate the changes, they apply only to new devices..
- Select Save.
