Configure the network share that can be accessed by scheduled tasks

Configure a default network share that can be remotely accessed by File Transfer, Push Third Party Software, and Scripting Scheduled Tasks.

When you want to push third-party software, the file must be located in the root of the UNC path listed in default network share or use a custom network path that has the file in the root of that UNC path.

  1. Click ConfigurationScheduled Tasks > Network Share.

Use a Uniform Naming Convention (UNC) path for the network share (\\servername\sharename).

  2. Set the path and network credentials to the network location.
  3. Click Propagate to distribute the default properties to existing devices. Otherwise, the changes you make will only apply to new devices.
  4. Click Save.
