Set the default email address used by N-able N-central

N-able N-central automatically generates and sends emails for scheduled reports, discoveries, and notifications. You are able to select the email address that appears in the From field on emails generated by the central server

To set the default email address: 

  1. Click AdministrationDefaults > Customized System Email.
  2. Enter the default Email Address.
  3. Click the Propagate check box to apply the email address to all current customer sites.
  4. If you do not select the Propagate check box, the new default address will only apply when adding new customers.

  5. Click Save.

When N-able N-central sends system level messages, the new email address will appear in the From field of the message.
