Configure unscheduled downtime for a device
Configure a device or group of devices to Unscheduled downtime to perform maintenance unscheduled or unexpected maintenance tasks. During the downtime, the Agent Status, as well as all services on the device, changes to a disconnected state.
For a device
- Click Views > All Devices.
- Click the name of the device.
- Click Settings > Monitoring Options.
- Check the Unscheduled Downtime check box.
- Click Save.
Alternatively,
- Click Views > All Devices.
- Click the name of the device.
- Click Add Task > Maintenance > Unscheduled Downtime.
- Check Configure Unscheduled Downtime check box.
- Click Save.
For multiple devices
- Click Views > All Devices.
- Click the check boxes next to the desired devices, or click the top check box to select all devices.
- Click Add Task > Maintenance > Configure Unscheduled Downtime.
- Check Unscheduled Downtime check box.
- Click Save.
Repeat the above steps to take the device out of downtime.
