Delete a custom property

Delete a custom property to remove it from all customers, sites, or devices where it is applied.

Before you delete

You cannot delete a custom property if it is associated with filters, rules, or scheduled tasks. Remove or update these before deleting.

1. In the left navigation menu, go to Administration > Custom Properties.
   
2. Select the custom property you want to delete.
3. Choose Delete.
   
4. Confirm the action.

Deleting the property removes it from all assigned customers, sites, or devices. This can affect filters, rules, or automation using the property. If deletion fails, review its associations to find where it is still in use.
