Update signature AV Defender settings

You can set the update interval for signature updates for AV Defender. These updates are completed independently from N-able N-central product updates.

The interval is based on the Signature Age on local device. This time frame counts upwards. When the threshold is reached, the device looks for new updates from the standard AV Defender locations.

1. Click Configuration > Security Manager > Profiles.

2. Select the profile from the list by clicking the name.

3. In the General Settings area, click on View Settings for the Settings category.

4. Click the Update tab.

5. Set the update interval for the Update Interval (Hours).

6. Click Save, then Save again.
