Disable AV Defender pop-ups

In some customer environments, you may need to disable all pop-ups and alerts from the AV Defender tray icon on end-user devices. You control these alerts and pop-up notifications through the AV Defender profile.

1. Go to Configuration > Security Manager > Profiles.

2. Select the name of the profile that you want to disable the pop-ups.

3. In the General Settings area, click View Settings for the Settings category.

4. Select the check box to clear the check for Display Notifications and Display Alerts.

5. Select Save.

Alerts are now disabled. To limit which alerts are displayed, leave these options enabled and adjust the settings in System Tray Status Alerts and Client UI Status Notifications.
