Description

When trying to configure PSA, a system error may be thrown. In looking at the UI.log for the system error, you may see an error similar to the following:

Server was unable to process request. ---> Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> You do not have access to the Product api on this server - "

Environment

N-able N-central

Solution

This is an option that needs to be enabled on the account on the ConnectWise Manage server.

  1. In ConnectWise Manage , this should be fixed by going to 'Setup' > 'Setup Tables' > 'Integrator Login' > click on the existing account that N-able N-central uses:
  2. Enable the following APIs:
    Service Ticket API
    Time Entry API
    Managed Service API
    Contact API
    Company API
    Product API
    Reporting API
    Configuration API
