Reasons to why Windows Agents/Probes are not upgrading

Description
- Some reasons to why the Windows Agents/Probes devices are not upgrading, even though it has been scheduled
Environment
- N-able N-central 10+
Solution
- The Windows Agent will not upgrade for the following reasons:
- The Agent is not configured to upgrade
- A scheduled task is in progress
- The installation of a program is not completing
- The installer crashes
- It is not the Agent's turn in the upgrade queue
- The Agent installer checksum is the same as the installed version (on a version which is the same installer as the latest version).
- To check why the upgrade is not occurring, please do the following:
- Select Reports
- Select Administrative
- Select the Agent/Probe Overview report
- Select Agent
- Select View Report
