- Windows 10 or Server 2016 bluescreens after installing patches KB4041676 or KB4041691
- Windows 10 or Server 2016 enters "Automatic Repair" screen after installing patches KB4041676 or KB4041691

Solution
- We are aware of instances where the installation of KB4041676 or KB4041691 is causing blue screens after installation and reboot. This is being cause by a faulty Microsoft patch. It appears that this issue is only occurring to a fraction of devices and was resolved by Microsoft on the afternoon of October 11th.
