  • Why are PSA Notification Template not used at the customer/site level?

Solution

  • PSA Notification templates are used based on the level of the user assigned to the notification.
  • For PSA this would depend on the level that the "Ticket Recipient", since the PSA user is created at that level.
  • You can find the level of the PSA user by going to Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing.
  • The ticket recipient can only be modified at the level it was created, which is where the user was created.
