- Why are PSA Notification Template not used at the customer/site level?
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- PSA Notification templates are used based on the level of the user assigned to the notification.
- For PSA this would depend on the level that the "Ticket Recipient", since the PSA user is created at that level.
- You can find the level of the PSA user by going to Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing.
- The ticket recipient can only be modified at the level it was created, which is where the user was created.
