Description

This article describes how to view all active remote control sessions and their current statuses.

Environment

N-able N-central 10.0 and later (On-premises)

Solution

1. On the N-able N-central Administrator Console menu bar, select Setup.
2. Under the N-able N-centralServer heading, click Remote Control Connection Management.

The Remote Control Connection Management screen allows you to view information about Windows devices that have been managed using remote control. You can view status information and disconnect any active sessions.
