Description

• Unable to run a Scheduled Task or Automation Policy AMP for devices which are assigned a Custom Device class
• Cannot run a Scheduled Task for devices that are associated with a Custom Device class
• it is not possible to run Scheduled Tasks against devices which have a Custom Device class associated.

Solution

1. Submit a feature request idea.
2. Options:
   1. Change the device class on the device to one of the stock device classes.
   2. Use a Custom Device Property to identify the classification of devices instead.
