Unable to launch Automation Manager

Description
This article describes the issue when you are unable to launch the Automation Manager and it does not start. You also cannot navigate to the browse policy in N-able N-central .
Environment
- All versions of N-able N-central
Solution
This issue occurs due to old cached files from previous version that need to be removed.
- Delete the Automation Manager folder under file directory: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\SolarwindsmspTechnologies\ .
- Delete the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java.
- Clear the java cache using the link below:
https://www.java.com/en/download/hel...ugin_cache.xml - Lower the security level on the browser.
