N-central Troubleshooting
Unable to delete scheduled tasks (greyed out)

Description
- Scheduled tasks could not be deleted on N-able N-central Under Configuration > Scheduled task as they are greyed out
Environment
- N-able N-central 10 or later
Solution
- Issue could be caused because of the following instances:
- If the task is currently in-progress on the target devices (not completed).
- the scheduled task is a profile associated to a rule.
- If the scheduled task was created on a main customer site targeting devices on a subsite
- The Scheduled Task must be deleted from the top level. See screenshot for reference
NOTE: In current versions of N-able N-central (12.0 and above), the top level task is the only one which can be edited/deleted where the child tasks will be visible but greyed out.
