Unable to delete scheduled tasks (greyed out)

Description

• Scheduled tasks could not be deleted on N-able N-central Under Configuration > Scheduled task as they are greyed out

Environment

• N-able N-central 10 or later

Solution

• Issue could be caused because of the following instances:

• If the task is currently in-progress on the target devices (not completed).
• the scheduled task is a profile associated to a rule.
• If the scheduled task was created on a main customer site targeting devices on a subsite
• The Scheduled Task must be deleted from the top level. See screenshot for reference
