Unable to Install Agent without Imaging Component

Description

Unable to install an Agent through discovery or automatic Agent installation.

To ensure that this problem can be resolved as documented, open the Windows Event Viewer and find the following error:

You must install the 64-bit Windows Imaging Component (WIC) before you run Setup. Please visit the Microsoft Download Center (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Link...mp;clcid=0x409)to install WIC, and then rerun Setup.

N-able N-central 10.2 and later

Solution

To resolve this issue, install the 64-bit Windows Imaging Component (WIC) before you run the setup. You can download the WIC from www.microsoft.com.
