• Two-Factor Authentication failing with Google Authenticator due to invalid 6 digit code

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• The time of the server must match (or be very close) to the Authenticator time.
• Sync time with Google Authenticator Apps and ensure N-able N-central Server time is accurate.

1. Select the Menu button (vertical ellipsis/three dots)
2. Select Settings
3. Select Time correction for codes
4. Select Sync now
