Take Control stuck at 640x480 Resolution

Description

• Take Control does not offer any other resolutions in some instances other then 640 x 480

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• This is a result of the graphics card not providing any information on available resolutions.
• This has happened on AMD APU and other server equipment. If the device had a monitor added to the device more resolutions may be available.
• This cannot be resolved with any changes to Take Control. The latest drivers may allow this to support more resolutions
