• How to disable the Viewer keyboard shortcuts during an Take Control ( Take Control) remote session

Environment

• N-able N-central
  • Take Control

Solution

• If you wish to disable the Take Control Viewer keyboard shortcuts, while the Viewer is open you should press the key ScrLk (Scroll Lock).
  • On the top right of the Viewer you'll see a visual indicator with two states:
    • Scroll Lock is OFF - Viewer shortcuts are ENABLED (Grey)
    • Scroll Lock is ON - Viewer shortcuts are DISABLED (White)
