Solution
- The System Audit report allows you to view a log on any of the following actions in the system:
- Additions to the system
- Deletions from the system
- Modifications to the system
- Restart, start, or shutdown of the system
- User Sign in
- User Sign out
- This report type is divided into two sections and displays information for a time period that you specify.
- The first section displays the action that is being reported on, the customer names, and the time period.
- The second section of the report describes the action, the e-mail address of the person who performed the action, and the time at which the action was performed.
- The second section of the report describes for each customer, in tabular format, the action, the e-mail address of the person who performed the action, and the time at which the action was performed.
- To generate the report, which can only be performed at the SO or Customer-level:
- In the navigation pane, click Reports > Administrative > System Audit.
- Select the time Period for which you would like to collect data for the report.
- Select the Start Date and Time from which to start collecting data for the report.
- Select the Action on which you would like to generate the report.
- Select the Customers for whom you would like to generate the report.
- Click View Report.
- You can e-mail or export the report as a comma-separated values (CSV) or PDF file.
