Sectigo SSL Server Certificate Signature Failure

Description

• Certificate shows as failed when monitored or uploaded to N-able N-central .
• Certificate Issuer is Sectigo.

Environment

• N-able N-central versions 2020.1 and earlier
• Sectigo Certificate

Solution

• The root CA certificate for some Sectigo issued Certificates expired in early 2020 and this can cause issues with older browsers and in current N-able N-central versions.
• This is being addressed for N-able N-central in a future build via bug number NCCF-13498.
• Until then, please open a support case and ask support to fix the issue manually.
