Description
- A majority of scheduled tasks are greyed out and unable to be deleted or edited.
Environment
- N-able N-central 11 and above
Solution
This is normal operation. The task is created at the SO level but appears greyed out at the customer and site levels.There is a filter at the top of the screen to help filter out the unwanted jobs.
