Solution

To receive password reset instructions,
  1. Browse to your N-able N-central server URL.
  2. Enter your username and click Next.
  3. Click Did you forget your password?.

  4. Enter the email address associated to your N-able N-central account.

  5. Click Send Me Instructions.
If you do not receive the password reset instructions, contact Technical Support to reset your password for you.
