Description

  • When running a report in N-able Report Manager the following error is received:

Report processing has been canceled by the user (rsProcessingAborted)

Environment

  • N-able N-central
  • N-able Report Manager

Solution

  • This is often related to performance of the server itself.
  1. Try changing SSRS to 'do not timeout'.
  1. Check that SQL & SSRS services are installed from local system as per the N-able N-central N-able Report Manager Install Guide. If they were not, please correct & reinstall N-able Report Manager.
