When attempting to install, or manually running the requirements checker, you may see the following error when clicking on 'patch consistency':This check will verify if your system contains duplicate patch information.---------------------------------------------------This requirement is currently being checked. Please wait...The check could not determine if an there is duplicate patch data. Details: The conversion of a nvarchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.The conversion of a nvarchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.For additional details, consult the log file located at "C:\Users\NETITU~1.NET\AppData\Local\Temp\RequirementsChecker.log".
Environment
- N-able N-central Report Manager 5 or later.
Solution
- Ensure the installing user has sysadmin rights within SQL and then try changing the default language to English.
- SQL Server Management Studio > Security > Logins > Right click account > Properties > Default language: British English --> English.
