Report Manager - Installation Error - This account does not have the necessary roles assigned

Description
- When attempting to upgrade or install Report Manager and within the Installation Wizard the partner receives the following message " This account does not have the necessary roles assigned in order to be used with Report Manager".
Environment
- N-able N-central
- Report Manager
Solution
- Log into SQL Management Studio.
- Expand Security > Logins and confirm the Windows account used is in this list.
- If the account is not listed under Logins you will want to add it and make sure the account has both Public enabled as well as Sysadmin roles.
- If the account is already added then confirm the above roles are select by right clicking on the user account, select Properties > Server Roles.
- If the account is added in SQL and the issue still persists then you will want to open Internet Explorer by right-clicking and choosing Run as Administrator: http://localhost/Reports/
- Click on Folder Settings. Note: If you click on Folder Settings and nothing happens then open the browser as Administrator.
- If you see the account, select the checkbox next to Edit and select Content Manager role.
- If you do not see the account, click New Role Assignment and type the Windows User account name in the field provided.
- Click OK or Apply to assign the role to this account.
- Once the account has been added click on Site Settings in the upper right corner.
- Select Security in the left pane.
- If you see the account, select the checkbox next to Edit and select System User role.
- If you do not see the account, click New Role Assignment and type the Windows User account name in the field provided.
- Click OK or Apply to assign the role to this account.
- You should now be able to continue on with the installation of Report Manager.
